Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria Receives LEED Certification
Noble Investment Group and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts today announced the LEED certification of Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria.
The hotel, which opened in April 2013, was the first Hyatt House hotel in Georgia. As a part of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification process, Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria boasts a variety of features intended to increase environmental sustainability, including LED lighting throughout the hotel, energy efficient HVAC systems, motion-activated thermostats in all 149 guest suites that help save energy consumption by more than 15 percent, high-efficiency water fixtures that reduce water use by more than 30 percent, and ample, open landscaped outdoor space
