Noble Announces Leadership Promotions Amidst Firm’s Continued Platform Expansion

John Bianco has been named Vice President of Design & Development. In this position, he will continue to help lead the design, planning, and execution of developments within Noble’s rapidly expanding long-term extended-stay and flexible accommodations platform—an asset class that has demonstrated resilient performance across economic cycles.

Ridge Slater has been promoted to Senior Associate, Investments. In this position, he will remain focused on underwriting and executing acquisitions across Noble’s thematic investment strategies, helping to drive long-term value for our institutional partners.
