As founder and chief executive officer, Mr. Shah provides overall strategic guidance for the Noble organization and heads its investment committee.

He has been profiled in Newsweek magazine as one of the most influential South Asians in the United States, named as one of Atlanta’s most prominent leaders by Atlanta Magazine and the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and as one of the 21st century’s most influential hospitality industry leaders by both Lodging and Lodging Hospitality magazines. He has been awarded the prestigious IREFAC Arne Sorenson Award for his industry leadership, has been named Penn State University’s Executive of the Year, and has been honored by the UJA Federation of New York in recognition of his professional and philanthropic achievements.

Mr. Shah was chairman of the board for LaQuinta (NYSE: LQ) and CorePoint Lodging REIT (NYSE: CPLG) prior to their successful realizations for shareholders. He presently serves as an executive committee member of the board of directors for the American Hotel and Lodging Association, is co-chairman of its Industry Real Estate and Finance Advisory Council, and is a member of the owner boards for Marriott International, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

Mr. Shah is an active supporter of educational objectives and is currently serving his fifth term as a member of the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, Wake Forest University, where he is chairman of its investment committee.

Mr. Brunt is a managing principal and chief investment officer responsible for leading a team of investment professionals to accomplish Noble’s strategic acquisition and development goals. This involves the sourcing and underwriting of all new investments encompassing individual asset and portfolio acquisitions, land and new development opportunities, market and investment analysis, and brand positioning.

Prior to joining Noble in 2005, Mr. Brunt held senior investment roles at Songy Partners and Hardin Capital. He began his career in hotels with Homestead Village, a mid-scale extended stay lodging brand founded by Security Capital Group, and has more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Brunt earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from Trinity College. He is a former professional violinist and spent two years as a member of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Brunt currently serves as a board member of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the Atlanta Midtown Alliance, and the Buckhead Coalition. He is also a member of the AHLA Lodging Investment Council and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Bhoopathy is a managing principal and head of capital markets responsible for debt relationships, asset dispositions, and transaction management. In addition, he leads contract documentation and closings related to new acquisitions, development, and financing for all investments.

Mr. Bhoopathy has more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience and has participated in more than $4.5 billion worth of real estate transactions for the Noble organization since joining the firm in 1999. He became a partner in 2006 and is a regular panelist at lodging, investment, and financing conferences.

Mr. Bhoopathy earned a BS from the Cornell University School of Hospitality and is a past-president of the Cornell Georgia Chapter and the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance. He is also a member of the Atlanta Capital Markets Council for the Urban Land Institute. He is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.

Mr. Nicholas is a managing principal and head of asset management responsible for leading Noble's hotel operating strategy and overseeing Noble's third-party hotel operating relationships and asset performance.

Prior to joining Noble in 1997, Mr. Nicholas held senior roles at PROMUS Hotels before its acquisition by Hilton. He has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience and began his career in hotel operations.

Mr. Nicholas earned an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BA in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He currently serves as a board member for the American Hotel and Lodging Association, is the Past President and member of the Strategic Advisory Council of the Hotel Asset Manager Association, on the executive board of the Georgia Hospitality and Lodging Association (GHLA), and is a member of Georgia State University's Hospitality Industry Board and Wesleyan School's Diversity Board. Mr. Nicholas is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, and is a former President and the current Southeast Vice President of the Cornell Hotel Society. He is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee and Volunteering Committee.

Mr. Dabney is a managing principal and chief financial officer responsible for institutional fund management, financial administration, audit, and investor relations. He leads a team responsible for internal and external reporting, treasury operations, risk management, tax, human resources, and information technology.

Prior to joining Noble in 2021, Mr. Dabney was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Hotel Properties (formerly known as Thayer Lodging), the hospitality platform for Brookfield, a $725 billion global alternative asset manager. He has nearly 25 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Dabney earned his MBA in Financial Management from the University of Maryland, holds a BA in Accounting from Penn State University, and started his career at Ernst & Young as a CPA. He is a member of the Penn State University Philanthropy Council Steering Committee for the College of Health and Human Development. In 2019, Penn State's School of Hospitality Management honored him with their Alumni of the Year Award. He is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee.

Mr. Grass is a managing principal and head of design and development responsible for leading Noble's project management team to execute renovation, redevelopment, and new construction projects.

Prior to joining Noble in 2005, Mr. Grass was executive vice president for the Winter Construction Company, where he created the hospitality division and managed all construction-related operations. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council and has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Grass earned a BS in Construction Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He currently serves as a member of Hilton’s Owner Advisory Council and is a past board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia and the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia. He is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee.

Mrs. Johnson is a Managing Principal and Head of Global Client Solutions and Strategic Partnerships, where she is responsible for managing Noble's client relationships and cultivating innovative new strategies and investment products. Mrs. Johnson serves as a member of the Noble Investment Committee.

Before joining Noble in 2024, Mrs. Johnson was a Partner at Fifth Wall, where she led a team focused on global capital formation and investor relations. Mrs. Johnson has held various capital formation and product development roles at Torchlight Investors, KKR, and Partners Group. Mrs. Johnson began her career in hotels at RLJ Development (now RLJ Lodging Trust) where she held acquisitions, capital markets, and portfolio management roles. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Mrs. Johnson earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a member of the BBA Advisory Board for the McCombs School of Business, the Texas McCombs Real Estate Center Executive Council, the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), and New York Women in Real Estate (WX).

Mr. Fisher is senior vice president of investments.

He joined Noble in 2008 and has more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Fisher earned a BS from the Wake Forest University School of Business.

Mrs. Smith is senior vice president of asset management.

Prior to joining Noble in 2003, Mrs. Smith held numerous roles in hotel sales, marketing, revenue management, and operations. She has more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mrs. Smith earned a BS in Family & Consumer Sciences from Georgia Southern University.

Mr. Ledet is senior vice president of development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2006, Mr. Ledet was with Winter Construction. He has nearly 20 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Ledet earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a former board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia. He is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.

Mrs. Payne is vice president of treasury services.

Prior to joining Noble in 1997, Mrs. Payne held senior roles at PROMUS Hotels before its acquisition by Hilton. She has nearly 40 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mrs. Payne earned a BS in Business Management from Bowling Green University and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. She is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.

Mr. Jimenez is vice president of eCommerce.

Prior to joining Noble in 2012, he has held roles at Marriott International, Pyramid Hotel Group and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. He has more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Jimenez earned a BS in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute and an MBA from Augsburg College. He is a current board member for Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International and Marriott’s Digital Franchise Advisory Board. 

Mr. Konzelmann is vice president of investments.

Prior to joining Noble in 2013, Mr. Konzelmann held investment roles with Davidson Hotels & Resorts. He has nearly 15 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Konzelmann earned a BS from Cornell University. He is a member of the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance and the Georgia Chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society. He is a member of Noble’s Technology & Innovation Committee.

Ms. Eager is vice president of fund and corporate accounting.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, she served as Controller and interim Chief Financial Officer at Stoneweg US. She has nearly 15 years of technical accounting and reporting experience in the public and private sectors.

Ms. Eager earned a BS from the University of South Florida and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California. She holds a CPA and a CFE license.

Mr. Maher is a vice president of investments.

Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Mr. Maher held investment roles with CHC Hotel Capital and Concord Hospitality. He has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Mr. Maher earned a BS and MBA from North Carolina State University.

Mrs. Cronin is a vice president of investor relations. 

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mrs. Cronin was at Rockbridge, where she was responsible for capital raising and investor relations initiatives.  She has more than 15 years of investor relations experience. 

Mrs. Cronin earned a BA from Saint Anselm College and an MA from Kings College London.  She holds the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. 

Mrs. Seitz is the compliance officer responsible for the oversight and administration of Noble’s regulatory and compliance functions. She helps provide leadership for Noble’s organizational responsibility endeavors.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mrs. Seitz was corporate counsel for Carter’s, Inc. She has practiced law and served as in-house counsel focusing on real estate and corporate services for nearly twenty years.

Mrs. Seitz earned her bachelor’s and juris doctor degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Pennington is senior director of financial planning and analysis.

Prior to joining Noble in 2008, Mr. Pennington held corporate finance roles at Delta Airlines. He has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Mr. Pennington earned a BBA from Emory University and an MBA from Georgia Tech University. He is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee and Summer Analyst Committee.

Mr. Asensio is senior project director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2013, Mr. Asensio held leadership roles in development and project management. He has 15 years of industry experience and more than 30 years of development expertise.

Mr. Asensio earned a BS from the University of Miami and an MS from the University of Florida. He holds a General Contractor License in Florida.

Mr. Stauduhar is senior project director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2018, Mr. Stauduhar held leadership roles in development and project management with Omni Hotels and Resorts, CBRE, Marriott Vacation Club, and Beck. He has more than 30 years of commercial construction and development experience.

Mr. Stauduhar earned a BS from Iowa State University.

Emily Feeney is senior director of capital markets.

Prior to joining Noble in 2019, she held leadership roles at Hodges Ward Elliott and Bennett Hospitality. She has more than ten years of industry experience.

Ms. Feeney earned a BS from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the College of Charleston. She is a board member of the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance and is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee and Volunteering Committee.

Ms. Millett is senior project director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2019, Ms. Millett held leadership roles in development and project management. She has more than 15 years of industry experience and nearly 20 years of development expertise.

Ms. Millett earned a BS and MBA from Cornell University. She is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee and Volunteering Committee.

Mrs. Kauble is senior director of asset management.

Prior to joining Noble in 2021, Mrs. Kauble held senior operational and revenue leadership roles with McKibbon Hospitality, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International. She has more than 20 years of industry experience.

Mrs. Kauble earned a BS from St. Petersburg College and is a member of Noble’s Volunteering Committee.

Ms. Minnock is senior director of investments.

Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Ms. Minnock held investment roles with Starwood Capital affiliate SH Hotels & Resorts, BRE Hotels & Resorts, a Blackstone company, and Hilton. She has nearly ten years of industry experience.

Ms. Minnock earned a BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and is an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society Georgia Chapter and the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance.

Mr. Bianco is senior project director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mr. Bianco held leadership roles in development and project management with WaterWalk Real Estate Development and WoodSpring Hotels. He has more than 20 years of commercial construction and development experience.

Mr. Nelson is senior director of facilities.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mr. Nelson held roles with Spire Hospitality, Sage Hospitality, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Concord Hospitality. He has more than 30 years of industry experience.

Mr. Nelson earned a BS from Dyke College of Ohio and Ashworth College, a Culinary Arts degree from Culinary School of Washington DC, and has a certified hospitality facilities executive certification.

Will Chappell is senior project director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mr. Chappell worked for Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Wood Partners, Bovis Lend Lease, and other local Atlanta general contracting firms. He has more than 35 years of commercial construction and development experience.

Mr. Chappell earned a BS from Auburn University. He holds an active general contractor’s license for the State of Georgia, is a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council, and is a past board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia.

Scarlett Reveron is director of communications.

Mrs. Reveron joined Noble in 2012 and has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Mrs. Reveron earned a BS from Montana State University. She is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee, Volunteering Committee, Fellowship Committee, Technology & Innovation Committee, and Summer Analyst Committee.

Mr. Zhang is director of Asset Management.

Prior to joining Noble in 2020, Mr. Zhang held asset management roles at Horwath HTL. He has more than five years of industry experience.

Mr. Berry is a director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Mr. Berry held roles with LM Consultants and Lighthouse Consulting Group. He has more than five years of design and commercial construction experience.

Mr. Hall is director of transitions.

Mr. Batchelor is director of fund and corporate accounting.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mr. Batchelor held leadership roles with One10 and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has more than 10 years of audit, tax, fund management, and REIT compliance experience in the public and private sectors.

Mr. Batchelor is a CPA and received his BS & MS in Accountancy from the University of Florida. He is a member of Noble’s Technology & Innovation Committee.

Mr. Stewart is director of Treasury.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mr. Stewart held treasury management positions with Inspire Brands and Carter’s. He has more than fifteen years of financial services experience supporting accounting, finance, treasury, and investor relations functions.

Mr. Stewart earned a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and is an active member of the Association of Financial Professionals.

Ms. George is director of asset management.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Ms. George held numerous operational leadership roles with Peachtree Group and Vision Hospitality Group. She has 20 years of industry experience.

Ms. George attended Jacksonville State University.

Jumana Odeh is a senior accountant.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mrs. Odeh held leadership roles at Integral Group and HomeOwners Advantage. She has nearly 10 years of accounting experience.

Mrs. Payne is a development manager.

She joined Noble in 2012 and has more than ten years of industry experience.

Mr. Lesorgen is a senior analyst.

Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Mr. Lesorgen held financial roles at CatchMark Timber Trust. He has eight years of corporate finance and financial modeling experience in the public and private real estate sectors.

Mr. Lesorgen earned a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Emory University.

Breyana Slay is a Contract Administrator.

Ms. Slay graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Graphic Web Design.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, she held position at Pattillo Construction and Oldcastle Infrastructure and has 4 years of project management and commercial construction experience.  

Mr. Potter is an analyst.

Mr. Anand is an analyst.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mr. Anand was a summer analyst with the firm. Mr. Anand earned a BS from Emory University and is a member of Noble’s Summer Analyst Committee.

Mr. Alexander is an asset management analyst.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mr. Alexander was a summer analyst at Invitation Homes. Mr. Alexander earned a BS from the Georgia Institute of Technology's Scheller School of Business.

Ms. Walker is a coordinator.

Prior to joining Noble in 2016, Ms. Walker worked for EMSI and Primerica. She has nearly ten years of industry experience.

Ms. Walker earned a BS from Georgia Southern University. She is a member of Noble’s Volunteering Committee.

Ms. Howard is a coordinator.

Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Ms. Howard worked for The Skye Group and Steadfast Companies. She has more than 5 years of industry experience.

Ms. Titre is a coordinator.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Ms. Titre worked for The Goal Group Inc and The State Bar of GA. She has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Mr. Williams is a senior advisor and a member of the investment committee. From 2004 through 2020, Mr. Williams was a Noble principal. He was previously managing principal with Hardin Capital, a joint venture between DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Hardin Construction, where he led investment and asset management activities. Mr. Williams previously held senior executive roles with Coopers & Lybrand, InterContinental Hotels, and Laventhol & Horwath. He has more than 40 years of hospitality industry experience and began his career in hotel operations.

Mr. Williams earned a BA in Business and French from Rutgers University. He currently serves on the owner's advisory board for Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

Mr. Eisemann is a senior advisor.

He most recently served as Chief Development Officer, Americas for IHG Hotels & Resorts before retiring in 2022 after eleven years. Under his leadership, IHG launched five new brands in the Americas and grew to approximately 5,000 hotels open and in the pipeline. Previously, Mr. Eisemann was with Marriott International for twenty-nine years as Chief Development Officer of Select-Service and Extended-Stay Brands, Chief Owner & Franchise Relations Officer, EVP of Global Asset Management, and SVP of Lodging Development in Asia Pacific.

Mr. Eisemann earned a Master of Professional Studies from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University. He is a member of the AHLA Hospitality Investment Roundtable, a past member of the AHLA Board, and a past co-chairman of the AHLA HotelPAC. Mr. Eisemann is also a member of the Cornell Center for Real Estate and Finance.
